“Palmaris”
Region: Outer Coastal Plain
Varietals: Pinot Noir
The grapes used in the production of this wine were 100% Pinot Noir estate grown at the Winery's Flittertown Road Vineyard. The grapes were hand harvested at a point of maturity consistent with reserve quality. The grapes were crushed and fermented in contact with their skins for a period of 10 days with a yeast that promotes forward fresh fruit characteristics. A malo-lactic fermentation was simultaneously initiated. After the completion of fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd year American and French oak for a period of one year. Pinot Noir is often called a "white wine masquerading as a red" soft and subtle in character.

The must was fermented to dryness with a yeast strain isolated from a Languedoc terroir. The resulting wine was aged in 2nd year American oak casks to promote a roundness while preserving the wine’s fruity character.
“Vidal Blanc”
Region: Atlantic County
Partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes were harvested from our vineyard, pressed and used in the fermentation of this Vidal Blanc Ice Wine. The harvest sugar was 34.3% by weight with the post-fermentation residual sugar at 10.5%. Wonderful honey and berry character . Best served chilled as a dessert wine and Vidal Ice wine is at its best when served with Creme Brulee'.
Made from 100% Marion Blackberries, Tomasello Blackberry Wine is a full-bodied blackberry wine with a dominant cassis and brambleberry character.
