100% Macabeo grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. After chilling the must, a short period of skin contact is followed by long slow fermentation at controlled temperatures between 71ºF and 79ºF (22ºC and 26ºC) in stainless steel tanks.

100% Garnacha grapes grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. The grapes undergo six hours cold maceration for the must to achieve a delicate color; followed by slow temperature controlled fermentation at 63ºF (17ºC) in stainless steel tanks.

From Garnacha grapes grown on poor, stony soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountains, harvested in the first half of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 71ºF and 79ºF (22ºC and 26ºC) with seven to twelve days maceration.
